We absolutely loved our experience! Tamara is truly a professional and a master of her craft. I was very impressed that she reviewed my daughter’s diagnosis in advance and clearly understood which areas we need to focus on more effectively. During the session, she not only worked very carefully and attentively, but also took the time to explain and demonstrate massage techniques so that I can continue doing them at home for my daughter. Tamera provided an excellent Lymphedema massage. In addition she listend to my other problem areas associated with chronic spinal stenosis and was able to work out the pain. She is skilled in all techniques of massage. I leave each session feeling the vim and vigor of a person half my age.
